ive got it today. You needa get 30 rice cakes in Henesys PQ. Though you do not need to hand in the extra 20 rice cakes to the GM outside at once. You can do it seperatley, and it counts as 30. (u still need 10 for the tiger tho)

I know how to get it! You do the Henesys PQ located in mushroom park. You talk to bunny person and then you complete it like 10 times or something and you get the item
