@MofDrkness this is the selling price at NPC's, not a buying price. You can't buy this thing in an NPC shop, you need to buy it from other people or craft it with the maker skill with 3 rocks of time and some other stuff. Reverse weapons can be dropped though, they drop from Pink Bean.
