its because there is a command for GMs called /gmshop that lets them get all the stuff they need for 1meso.

When it says "Worth: 1meso" it means how much it will sell for if you try to NPC it. OBVIOUSLY each world (Scania, Bera, Broa, Bellocan, etc.) will hold a different value for it.
