    I think *somebody* is right cause it's impossible to keep all 4 floors snail free they appear fast.

    INCORRECT. Manu is one of the last remaining Algae snails that can be found at Thicket Around The Beach III. Killing snails and picking up items does not do anything. It respawns every 45 minutes and is best found by channel surfing.

    to find him try these
    1.make all 4 floors of 'the thicket around beach III' are snail free and (also mabey no items) then mano shoud spawn.
    OR
    2.or you could wait harf an hour and see if he comes O.O
