in kradia maple story europe cant get it, npc say 150 shyni maple coins and cant get it

you have to get 200 shiny maple coins in cpq2 and then you go talk to spiegelman and go to trade maple coin, and it says speigelman's necklace of chaos for 200 shiny maple coins
