    I got it.. instead of talking to Chil Sung, talk to Chil Nam to complete the quest :)

    I had the same problem but figured out that you actually have to go to his brother, Chil Nam, first.

    I can't complete this quest (Retrieve a Soul)... got the tail but Chil Sung doesn't acknowledge it. He says I need to bring the tail, but it's right there in my inventory. Others have had the same problem... anyone know how to fix the bug?
