Gosh!!! Why don't they fix this BUG!!!  Evan is screwed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't progress in the Evan quest line (y'know the one where you're trying to find the second book?) because Anne isn't in the hill north of Henesys. Infact, I can't find her anywhere. Was she taken out of the game? If so, Evan are screwed.

She's at the Hills North of Henesys. She's the lonely looking girl with a cap on looking down.
