    u just have to whack the poison mushroom again until it drop a golden colour thing, which is the poison spore to temporary enter the castle. Once you pick the golden thing, go to the entrance and it will automatically put you through.Hope this help.

    How can i get back the killer mushroom spore back when i threw it??

    The solotuion would be to forfeit the quest then redo.By forfeiting the
    quest,that current quest will be on reset thus gaining the spore.I just
    figured it out.Hope it helps.
