    FINALLY found it. I was killing BLUE mushmoms but it dropped from the ORANGE one. Go to Singing Mushroom Forest: Humming Forest Trail and go through the portal the is on the right side of the map in the middle. There an orange mushmom at the bottom of that map! Hope this helps!!

    I can't find it! This is a  stupid quest where is that dumb gold watch!!  I fight so many mushrooms and i still cant retrieve it!!
