    one easy tip to drop chief gray cells is to go to hidden street barnard field and cycle through the channels killing the chiefs, made it a little quicker for me.

    Good luck with this long quest, the best Chief gray spawn
    is Barnard Field from Kulan field III hidden portal(vary from 0 to 3
    chief, yes, best spawn.) Low drop rate is painfull.
