February 05, 2012Note that "Level 42" is a requirement. I had the quest, but my level is now 66; the quest was still in my list, but Wing no longer offered the Flying Pill.

You can find the witchgrass in the sewers in Kerning city. They have like a little purple flower and yes, they don't drop very quickly so you ned to be patient.
