Actually, going to Victoria Island by carpet riding by this so called man named "Kacarsa" is actually illegal. So I wouldn't go on his rides if I were you. Go on the Genie and camal rides, their legall and don't cost much.

you can easely get back to perion by talking to npc who is levetating in the desert jut talk to him

Now I'm in the desert and can't go back to Perion, it costs 10'000 mesos.

This quest is complete BS i got sent to the desert now i have no frekin idea what to do

The only way to complete this quest is to have him send you to the
desert all five times. After that is done annother quest will become
available, the quest he was originally talking about where he recieved a
reqeust but couldn't accept it. I think they screwed up making this quest.

or before you go you could have teleport scrolls....to henysys or perion? did you think of that!! omgomgom!?

So long as you acquire the quest before reaching level 30, Manji remains a usable shortcut.   This is not much use at level 30, but later it is.

Also, Karcasa in the Tent of the Entertainers offers a teleport back to Victoria for 10,000 mesos.

It's free teleports to a place where, if you stick it out and complete all the quests you earn a lot of valuable experience. The final portion alone of joining the Sand Bandits quest gives you 10 000 experience. That doesn't include the rest you earn from the 9 other missions.

Ok I should say that there is nothing to do on this quest.  Manji will teleport you to Nihal desert which is really far away.  It costs 30K to get back and takes a long time.  Its not a quest.  Its an inconvenience and a fraud.

i just figured out, this isnt really a quest, its actualy just 5 free teleports to the desert, what the character should has said was this

"im a faggot"
