You can only get this hat through a quest which you can only go through if you became an archer after a certain point in time, so some of you old-timers the quest might not be avaliable.

uhh. im a lvl 63 wild hunter and one of my friends has it. shes a wild hunter too. when i talk to athena, she didnt even give me a quest!! how do i do it then? pls tell me!

To clarify, wind archers CAN get it.

There is a long string of quests to get this hat, all of which can only be done BELOW lv40.

After you do the helping quests from Athena Pierce, you do a chain of quests and earn this at the end. someone please correct me if im wrong :)
