I have heard that it drops from both "Cloud Foxes" and "Dark Cloud Foxes" but i dont know what monster drops it in EMS (Europe Maple) if anyone knows, please tell me C:

Hi i just want to add that i found this hat when i were killing "Cloud Foxes" but i were hacking back then so i maybe stood there for 1hour and then i found it. Verry rare item!
