Tip: In order to get these shoes, first, go to Sleepywood, located in Victoria Isle. Then, go to the town in the area "Sleepywood", and talk to the NPC shoe maker. If you go to the warrior shoe section, there will be a level 25 shoe called "Dark War Boots". Happy Mapling! =)
