    There is a level requirement actually. it's over level 38 or you can't take on the quest.

    Platoon Chrono's(Undead) to get garnet. I would goto Victoria to get the Magic Rock. I'd kill bubblings there. The other stuff is self explained. Just killing other monsters. Have fun.
